Our Story
Mana Bagels is the idea of Sunny last name of Sandler that will become Dream as will Cochran on my part of Jeremy so that we will be Jeremy & Sunny Dream someday soon. It is 10-11-2025 & almost 4 PM. We will serve a variety of bagels & offer creative spreads & things of this nature like drizzles to go with them. We may also have a smoothie part with frozen yogurt & fruit. As well we will serve pistachio & cashew butter spreads like the other peanut butter. We will also have egg all day with a variety of things in it or just cheese or just egg. As well a veggie patty & a spicy option there also if not also a more herb flavored 1 as well to the ordinary standard. We will also have a fried & baked fish. It is possible but not guaranteed we might also serve turkey & turkey sausage for occasional bagel pizzas using the sauce we have all the time for the Texas Toast grilled cheese bites that you dip into the pizza sauce. We will also serve French Toast sticks in the morning that we will not cut into sticks if you ask leaving it just a solid piece of bread as we can the grilled cheese as well. We will hope to open 1st in Fresno, CA & then move to Bakersfield, CA. After those 2 locations are established we hope to become even possibly international with the franchise & welcome the help & support & love you might have to have also profited from this experience.
